Commercial Development
Tannos Development Group has extensive experience in commercial development and is completely vertically integrated, which enables us to handle all phases of development from the procurement of land, design, construction, lease up and management of commercial properties. Currently, we are actively invested in/participating/constructing approximately $800 million dollars of commercial properties and currently we have a future pipeline of over $1.7 billion dollars of planned commercial developments over the next five years.
