Louis Tannos
President
President
Prior to the start of Tannos Development Group, Mr. L. Tannos spent many years in the offshore oil and gas industry as a commercial construction diver. The specialized skills he gained from his experience led him to start his own construction development company in 2000.

As President, Mr. L. Tannos is responsible for the growth of the company. From location viability, to plans, designs and the entire construction process, he aims to vertically integrate new developments from conception to design and completion.
​
Mr. L. Tannos' projects included remodeling, custom homes, retail pads, industrial, commercial and mixed-use developments and master planned developments.
Christine Chhay
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Chhay is responsible for the company’s financial functions, including accounting, treasury, and corporate finance. She has approximately 20 years of varied experience in public accounting as well as industry. Her industry experience comes from both public and private companies in diverse industries including upstream and midstream oil and gas, construction, financial services, waste management and remediation, oil gas services and aviation. Christine has also provided consulting services with various companies during her career.
Prior to joining Tannos Development Group, Ms. Chhay specialized in SEC reporting with various management positions at Ranger Oil Corporation (2021 – 2023), Perella Weinberg Partners (2021), Tetra Technologies, Inc. (2020 -2021), Exterran Corporation (2017 – 2020) and Bristow Group (2009 – 2017).
Earlier in her career, Ms. Chhay was employed with large cap companies including Waste Management and KBR, Inc.
Ms. Chhay has a Master of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Since 2007, Ms. Chhay has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
Ginny Tannos

Mrs. G. Tannos brings her accounting background to Tannos Development Group, LLC. As VP of Operations, she oversees all things billing, banking and budgeting for the company. She enjoys seeing how a project goes from an idea to a building, a concept’s conception to fruition, and the behind the scenes work that goes into making a pretty picture a working, functioning addition to the community.
Jonah Tannos

Jonah has worked in the Commercial Construction and Development industry for over a decade, gaining experience in Property Management, Tenant relations, and Project design/development working as a Project manager with Tannos Development.
With the goal of growing with the company into the future, Jonah has assumed the position of VP of Business Development tasked with Managing the expansion of all Real Estate holdings and land acquisitions for Tannos Development Group LLC.
Kyndahl O'Quinn

Ms. O'Quinn's background is primarily comprised of experience in the hospitality and customer service sector. She began her career in construction and development at Tannos Development Group in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. Ms. O'Quinn is currently enrolled in a community college and plans to transfer to the University of Houston to graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She plans to transition into the accounting department at Tannos Development Group once she graduates with her bachelors degree.

Angel has been with the Tannos family since 2000. He has been directly associated with our construction operations and growth from the very beginning and has expanded his knowledge with every milestone that our company has achieved.
Angel currently serves as a project manager as well as heading up all the in-house maintenance operations of the property companies. As our family operation grows and enters the next stages of operations including expanding into new cities within Texas. We fully expect Angel to head up supervision and guide our expansions and new divisions into new markets and future growth.
John Schmerber

John has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. From his first job on a shovel at the age of 16, to his current role as Project Manager, John is familiar with all aspects of civil and commercial construction work. With an emphasis on the dirt and concrete, John is no stranger to some of the toughest and dirtiest aspects of real estate development. When he’s not at work, John can be found hiking with his dogs, camping or at a sporting event.

Pepper is the newest addition to the Tannos team. She is always around to greet clients and visitors, as well as vetting them for snack or ear rub potential. Her strong suit is fetch, and she hopes to be a partner one day.

Buddy is Tannos Development Group’s Community Liaison. He is interning under Pepper, and he oversees all incoming visitors, and maintains the oxytocin levels of the office. He is eager to learn, and loves interacting with the clients and staff.

Blair established Diamond Development Group in 2008, after founding and running Hawthorne Architects, Inc. for 25 years. He has worked with corporate, government and private clients to design major public and resort spaces, health care, hospitality, assisted living, office and residential towers, industrial, specialty, multi-family and single-family residential projects across the United States and into more than a dozen foreign countries. He has been involved in the Master Planning of more than 60 Billion Dollars of Projects and the Direct Construction of more than 4 Billion – representing tens of millions of square feet.

Jorge Garay

Jorge Garay is a Project Manager working for Diamond Development Group experienced in commercial, residential, industrial, and hospitality. Jorge achieved a Bachelors of Architecture at University of Houston’s Gerald D Hines College of Architecture. One of his projects, Park Yellowstone Apartments was recently awarded the Texas Apartment Association’s Affordable Housing Redevelopment Award. During his time away from the office, he enjoys spending time on the water fishing with his family and friends.

When he’s not managing projects, Kaleb enjoys exploring his hobbies of music, archery, hiking, and climbing and game development.
